Other Garmin dashboard or friction mounting options should be used. Garmin does not take any responsibility for any fines, penalties, or damages that may be incurred as a result of disregarding this notice. (See California Vehicle Code Section 26708(a); Minnesota Statutes 2005, Section 169.71)" From Garmin's Website. How stupid is it to be staring at a mini TV & try to drive? If you use gps's I hope y'all are using them in the way sides not barreling down the freeway at 75 mps. Might as well have the stero on, talking on the cell phone, drinking a can of beer & look at the gps ALL at the same time ... no wonder there is road rage.
